Having a selection of the most experienced crews in the industry, Horner Services owns and maintains its own equipment. A typical full crew consists of five members, one track hoe with cutter bar, one track hoe with bucket, a front end loader, one service truck, one tractor with a low boy, and one modified Jackson Pandrol 2400 on/off tamper.
Horner Services developed a unique, one of a kind under cutter with an 18' cutter bar that can cut both the track and a switch in a single pass. To the best of our knowledge, no one else has this capability. This machine is perfect for yard work.
